  • knowledge: Familiarity with international pastry trends and a passion for innovation
  • experience: Minimum of 5 years as an Executive Pastry Chef in luxury hotels or high-end restaurant groups. Preference given to chefs with senior Ottolenghi experience

Responsibility

  • stay current with industry innovations, products, techniques, and equipment developments
  • provide training to pastry staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • maintain food production records, reports, and department files as required
  • monitor and control food costs, minimize waste, and optimize ingredient usage
  • develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient and safe restaurant operations
