knowledge: Familiarity with international pastry trends and a passion for innovation
experience: Minimum of 5 years as an Executive Pastry Chef in luxury hotels or high-end restaurant groups. Preference given to chefs with senior Ottolenghi experience
Responsibility
stay current with industry innovations, products, techniques, and equipment developments
provide training to pastry staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
maintain food production records, reports, and department files as required
monitor and control food costs, minimize waste, and optimize ingredient usage
develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient and safe restaurant operations
