  • PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A "HANDS ON" POSITION
  • the preparation of our "for sale" and sold vehicles
  • YOU NEED TO BE A HIGHLY SKILLED TECHNICIAN AS WELL AS MANAGER
  • to communicate, diagnose and execute all warranty issues
  • the private work includes anything from MOT and servicing to diagnostics and repairs
  • we need some one who can diagnose faults and mend them, not just act upon what a code read shows
  • we are looking to expand the private work side of the business
  • without this experience you will not be successful

Requirements

  • this is most important
  • do not apply if you have not done the above for a minimum of 5 years
  • ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with an eye for detail
  • ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal skills & demonstrated ability to work well as a team
  • be self motivated, a leader, enthusiastic and trustworthy
  • previous experience in a related field - This does not include 5 years working as a tyre fitter, trainee mechanic or working at a service centre, this is 5 years minimum working as a supervisor, master tech or manager doing what we describe above
