Responsibility

  • liaise with existing clients by telephone to discuss and identify their promotional requirements
  • identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organisation
  • contact as appropriate to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
  • handle objections by clarifying booking agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
  • work with internal colleagues to meet customer needs
  • attend events to meet with new/existing clients and provide feedback and information on market and creative/technology trends
  • identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
  • ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM
