Responsibility
- management and development of the R3SAR GEAR technical sales operation to include
- continuing implementation of sales management software to enhance the day-to-day operation of R3 SAR GEAR -in particular, maintaining and updating sales and supplier pricing and stock levels
- being the first port of call for all customer enquiries, liaising with existing and potential customers in person, over the phone and by e-mail
- stock management, including annual stock-take
- handling and overseeing the fulfilment and despatch of sales orders
