Responsibility

  • coordinate and communicate effectivley with your office team, subcontractors, suppliers, and other relevant parties regarding project issues and tracking performance
  • supporting the procurement staff with their duties by undertaking site measures and qualifying project valuations, reviewing and negotiating packages etc
  • preparing and issuing RAMS where required
  • responsible for preparing, updating and circulating project programmes
  • leading the planning and implementation of projects - A key communicator between client, site and office to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high quality standard
  • coordinate labour resource for projects
  • attending key site meetings to ensure clients are fully informed of the build progress at all points of the programme
  • learn and familiarise yourself with current H&S regulations and Building Regulations
