Responsibility
- support the Estate Manager in his/her role of day to day running of the development
- supervise the Concierge team; cover the reception desk whenever required to include lunch breaks
- be knowledgeable with company’s policies as described in the company’s SOP and Employees Handbook
- make sure that the company’s policies and the site-specific procedures are adhered by the Concierge team
- read the front desk diary on daily basis and provide verbal reports to the Estate Manager
- assist the Estate Manager with providing continuous training to all members of the concierge team
- carry out regular inspections of the site; Identify and log any maintenance, cleaning and Health & Safety issues
- ensure that the office files are always updated with the details of Leaseholders, Sub-tenants, Managing Agents
