Responsibility
- assist electricians in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- perform basic electrical tasks under the supervision of a qualified electrician, including wiring, conduit bending, panel installation, and fixture replacement
- support the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring that tools and materials are ready for each project
- follow company safety protocols and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment
- perform testing and inspection of electrical systems to ensure functionality and compliance with industry standards
- maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
- communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, following instructions and reporting any issues or hazards
Requirements
- experience: 1+ years of experience as an Electrician Improver, Electrician Mate, or similar role in the electrical industry preferred
- education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of a recognized electrical training program is preferred
- knowledge: Basic understanding of electrical systems, tools, and safety practices
- electrical experience: 1 year
- physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment, stand for extended periods, and work in various indoor and outdoor environments
- other: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites
