  • good interpersonal skills are also required as the role will include communicating with the management of audit clients
  • an excellent salary package is on offer for the successful candidate together with the opportunity for ongoing training and personal progression
  • due to the rapid expansion of our audit department, a vacancy has arisen for an Audit Manager in our busy Bideford office
  • this would suit either a candidate already in a similar role or alternatively an experienced audit senior looking to take the next step in their career progression
  • the successful candidate will have a proven track record in audit and be a qualified Chartered or Certified account, ideally with the Audit Qualification although this is not essential
  • A strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial reporting requirements is necessary, combined with good analytical skills and strong attention to detail
