we are currently seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Call Centre Agent to join our busy department at our head office in Shrewsbury
respond to enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
the successful candidate will be responsible for handling outgoing calls to existing customers, NO COLD CALLING , providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner, whilst maximising the revenue potential of the department
maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and vehicle records
Education
GCSE or equivalent
A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
prior experience in a call centre or customer service role preferred
excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls
