- R&K Drysdales are currently recruiting for Machine Operators to work in our factory
- previous factory work will also be seen as beneficial in the application
- throughout the rest of the year this will be predominantly 5 days per week with occasional weekend overtime
- rate of pay is £10.79 basic and overtime at £16.19
- the role involves operating the machine for both preparing and packing the products ready to be dispatched to the shop floors
- no previous experience is required as full training will be provided by the manager and supervisors during the Summer in preparation for the peak Winter period, however it will be beneficial in the application to have previous experience
- during this peak season, you will be assigned up to a 12 hour shift for up to 60 hours per week for the four week peak period
- organisation will also be required for this role as you will be monitoring the packing lines ensuring they are safe and the machines are operating to their full potential
