Responsibility
- efficiently process and book sales orders for trade accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- researching and Sourcing products
- collaborate with customers to identify their needs, provide product information, and offer suitable solutions
- utilise sales software and CRM tools to manage customer accounts, track orders, and maintain accurate records
- develop a deep understanding of our product range and effectively communicate its features, benefits, and applications to customers
- maintain strong relationships with existing customers, while also identifying and pursuing opportunities for new business
Requirements
- possess in-depth product knowledge or a strong willingness to learn about tools, greases, workshop equipment, and related products
- hold a valid driving license to facilitate occasional visits to customers
- demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- display strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and documentation
- work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently
- prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines
