Responsibility

  • weekly Application/Valuation of Works
  • administration of Contract Methods
  • subcontract Management
  • ability to use/understand Financial Reports and Final Accounts
  • internal Reporting and Interim CVR's
  • able to form and develop relationships with Direct Management, Subcontractors and Clients
  • maximising Value Recovery, Cost Control/Management
  • assist with Contract Bidding Process

Requirements

  • quantity Surveying Qualification required
  • 2 Years Minimum Experience working as a Quantitiy Surveyor
  • utility Experience desirable
  • strong Commercial Skills and Awareness
