- install, maintain, and repair complex medical equipment at customer sites
- conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions
- collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide technical support
- train customers on the proper operation of equipment
- document all service activities, including repairs, parts used, and customer interactions
- stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
Requirements
- good, clean driving license and some IT skills required
- technical knowledge of machinery and equipment an advantage
- excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- strong communication and interpersonal skills as engineers are obliged to interact with medical staff
- willingness to travel to customer sites as required
- previous experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role preferred but not obligatory as specific job training will be given
