- collaborating with colleagues to enhance the learning experience
Requirements
- hold a valid SIA licence and have experience in the security industry
- experience delivering SIA Training courses and preparing lesson plans and materials
- hold a licence with an SIA approved PI programme provider, with evidence of annual refresher training
- level 3 qualification in the Delivery of Conflict Management training
- level 3 qualification in Physical Intervention
- experience delivering Physical Intervention Training
- good level of ICT skills
- ability to motivate self and learners
