Responsibility
- given wide responsibilities, have a strong focus on prioritisation and time management
- optimise productivity of people and ensure processes, buildings, plant and machinery are used efficiently to maximise potential throughput with available resource
- use historic sales data along with budgeted sales and up to date information from the sales team to establish and maintain the correct level of packed stock of individual lines to minimise wastage and peak labour requirement
- reporting to: The Managing Director
- responsible for: Packing Department Staff
- establish and maintain records of planning, ordering, and scheduling activities to improve and maintain quality standards and delivery
