Responsibility

  • liaising with all relevant departments regarding customer requests received from sales team
  • sending the costing model and specifications for approval to customer/account manager or sales for approval
  • liaising with Technical department regarding any technical information required
  • liaising with Design department regarding any Design requirements
  • liaising with NPD department regarding any sampling requirements
  • managing the sample sealing process between factory, internal departments and customer
  • liaising with Accounts department regarding any payment terms/pending payments
  • responsible for reading of supplier manuals and highlighting the relevant information to each department

Requirements

  • critical Path Management
  • exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • calm, work well under pressure and able to build exceptional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • someone who takes responsibility and can work to strict deadlines
  • merchandising: 2 years
  • sales support: 2 years
