Responsibility
- we are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to work as part of a friendly and well established finance team
- liaising with clients and internal departments in a respectful manner, on a daily basis
- responsible for contacting customers
- focus on reducing late payments and bad debt
- an amazing opportunity has arisen at Quest Consumables Ltd, based at our Head Office in Nuneaton. Working as part of the Finance Team, a position of Credit Controller has arisen at the Nuneaton office
- allocating receipts in a diligent and timely manner
- assisting with the preparation of sales cash receipts
- taking payments via the telephone
Requirements
- must have previous experience working in credit control
- great communication skills both verbally and electronically
- ability to work with large volumes in a fast-paced environment, ideally experience of query resolution
- confident, ability to problem solve and challenge where necessary
- strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and escalate issues to achieve resolution
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
- knowledge of Sage 1000 an advantage
