Responsibility

Requirements
- bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- minimum 3 years experience as Project Manager within building, construction, maintenance or manufacturing
- strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- technical writing skills for documenting project requirements and specification
- familiarity with product management principles and practices
- ability to effectively manage vendors and external stakeholders
- experience in managing a team of direct employees and subcontractors
