Responsibility

  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project objectives
  • conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
  • facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members
  • track project expenses and ensure adherence to financial guidelines
  • prepare and deliver project status reports to management

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • minimum 3 years experience as Project Manager within building, construction, maintenance or manufacturing
  • strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • technical writing skills for documenting project requirements and specification
  • familiarity with product management principles and practices
  • ability to effectively manage vendors and external stakeholders
  • experience in managing a team of direct employees and subcontractors
