Responsibility

- you will support the Production Supervisor, Team Leader with the day-to-day needs to ensure an efficient operation, including the daily review of shift handover data to ensure handovers are being conducted and documented adequately, as well as identifying and responding to the content of handovers where required, thus preventing larger issues from arising
- you will act as point of escalation for the Production Supervisor, Team Leaders, ensuring any issues are handled quickly, professionally and effectively
- you will ensure all team members adhere to the company’s health and safety policy’s, safe work practices and to report all health and safety incidents/accidents in line with the company guidelines
- where necessary, to ensure that sufficient materials, tooling and consumables are available and/or all stock levels are replenished and/or ordered to meet production targets
- you will own and be responsible for the time and attendance tracking of all team members, providing accurate clock cards to the Accounts Team weekly
- you will conduct regular production related audits to uphold the standards expected of the Supervisor/ Team Leaders and Operatives, to ensure all team members are trained and competent, familiar and adhering with all HSE requirements at all times, such as following Standard Operating Procedures and wearing appropriate PPE
- ensure all production paperwork is communicated to appropriate departments/personnel in a timely manner, such as completed works orders, etc, ensuring planning have the correct/ completed details daily
