Responsibility
- to engage with employers to identify suitable Traineeship placements
- to engage with young people and referring organisation to place them into suitable Traineeship vacancies
- to provide specialist qualifications advice, administrative support and guidance to Traineeship learners as part of the overall enrolment and induction process
- ensure the programmes meet the needs of the learner and employer, as well as external and internal audit requirements
- offer continuous mentoring support to all learners during their courses
- attend events to widen the Qube brand at a local and national level
- engage with networks and local stake holders
- you will ensure that all leads and vacancies are dealt with in a timely manner
Requirements
- recruitment experience
- experience or knowledge of Apprenticeships/Traineeships
- excellent communication skills
- be self-motivated as this role will be home based
- ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
