Responsibility
- work with the Registered Care Manager to maintain existing care packages/contracts and securing more care package/contracts
- excellent communicator, upholding appropriate correspondence with registration authorities and all other outside agencies
- ability to lead from the front, ensuring staff are compliant with company policies and procedures
- carry out Quality Assurance including spot checks, supervisions, home visits etc
- complete care visits and assessments
Requirements
- previous experience in managing Domiciliary Care Services
- supervision/management experience within health and social care settings
- successfully completed NVQ Level 3 in Adult Social Care and willingness to work towards Level 5
- knowledge of CQC requirements and other relevant legislative requirements
- effective decision making with strong planning and organisational skills
- willing to step in as and when needed
- hold a valid driving license and have access to their own vehicle
