- assist in cooking and planning a varied and nutritious menu within provided budgets whilst considering nutritional and dietary needs
- 1-2 years experience in a busy kitchen
- prepare and cook a well-balanced, nutritious diet within a controlled, hygienic environment
- prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, supper, daily snacks and baked goods
- you should have a real passion for cooking and an appreciation of how important this role is to the well-being of our residents, both physically and mentally
- present meals in a visually aesthetic manner
- prepare appropriate meals for any residents on specialised diets
