bookkeeper
Responsibility
- this role will require the successful candidate to use our existing accounting software, Xero, alongside our specialist construction software, Eque2
- create and pay supplier payments using online banking
- track bank account balances & conduct bank account reconciliations in Xero
- complete monthly and quarterly VAT returns for all 3 companies
- collate weekly / monthly employee timesheets for payroll processing
- we are looking for an experienced and meticulous Bookkeeper to maintain the accounting records for all three companies. The role will be full-time based at our office at Ladybank
- process and submit monthly CIS Returns
- keep an accurate track of the companies’ liabilities when due i.e. PAYE / CIS / VAT etc
Requirements
- bookkeeping: at least 3 years
- accounting: 1 year
- cloud Software: 1 year
- bookkeeping: 1 year
