Requirements

  • some experience with QuickBooks and / or ERP systems notably Oracle NetSuite
  • excellent communicator

  • scientific background
  • excellent customer service provider
  • logistics experience
  • minimum GCSE Maths grade A-C

Responsibility

  • organise any returns of stock and credit notes as appropriate
  • book orders onto courier system and liaise with logistics partners
  • send invoices to customers for payment upon shipment of goods, checking all information is correct
  • regularly review sales / back-orders for up-to-date information to keep customers updated
  • acknowledge orders via email
  • help to receive and unpack physical stock
  • carry out monthly stock take
  • review orders for accuracy
