Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Responsibility
- adhere to best practice in data protection
- maintain high standards in equality and diversity
- using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases
- uploading learner information into the MIS
- screening and completion of learner funding eligibility checks through the current LRS system checks in use
- monitoring and tracking of all learner progress via current MIS
- provision of 1st line support to all current and future clients and learners alike
- generic photocopying of resources and material to support operations
Requirements
- analytical approach to data capture, recording and monitoring
- L2 or above qualification in Literacy & Numeracy
- commitment to a learner centered approach
- basic IT proficiency with an understanding of management information systems
- A commitment to creating cultures that embody positive change, continuous improvement, health and safety, safeguarding and equality
- communication skills both verbal and written
- planning, monitoring and reporting skills
- administrative / Customer Service: 1 year
