Responsibility

  • establishing and maintaining relationships with clients by telephone email contact
  • developing a pipeline of realistic sales opportunities
  • ensuring that sales leads are effectively followed up to point of closure
  • developing an agreed schedule of face-to-face visits based on the sales pipeline
  • carrying out face-to-face sales meetings with potential clients, as agreed with the Operations Manager
  • presenting and demonstrating QED products to potential customers, including co-ordinating product loans
  • ensuring priced sales quotations are provided to customers in liaison with the QED office
  • to assist the Operations Manager with the development of marketing plans, materials, and campaigns
