- build strong relationships with existing and new accounts to establish strategic partnerships
- seek to capitalise turnover and maintain profit margin through the sales of new lines and upselling existing products
- plan work activities to ensure customer requirements are met and performance levels achieved
- identify, acquire, and grow a portfolio of profitable new key account customers, developing and implementing customer as well as market strategies to maximise account profitability
- attend international trade exhibitions as required and schedule regular customer visits
- engage with Licensors on a regular basis to maximise local contacts and seek out opportunities in relevant international territories
- monitor sales performance, review ranges and drive consumer sales through targeted promotional activity
- review the performance of key accounts, report trends and make recommendations for sales and product development across all product categories offered by Pyramid International
