- provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, fostering a collaborative team environment
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, building regulations, planning legislations and technologies to enhance design quality
Requirements
- proficiency in CAD software is essential
- ability to create detailed compliant plans and technical drawings
- experience with 3D modelling software such as Sketchup is desirable, but not necessary
- excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
- A proactive approach to problem-solving within a fast-paced environment
- autoCAD: 5 years
