Requirements
- HNC or equivalent in an engineering discipline, working towards and HND in an engineering discipline
- relevant experience in plant outage budgeting and planning & delivery of maintenance on a production site
- relevant work experience in planning, managing and delivery of projects
- experience of line management of multidisciplined teams
- relevant experience in maintaining and managing effective relationships with external agencies and contractors
- knowledge of plant Health and Safety systems & procedures
