- we are a fast-paced, dynamic business supplying made-to-order, bespoke window and door products for the new build, extension & refurbishment sectors
- we are now looking for an ambitious, energetic Regional Sales Manager to support our on-going growth in these sectors covering a sales region centred around Cambridgeshire
- this role is responsible for maintaining and managing allocated customer relationships, ensuring ongoing supply is secured and growth achieved year on year through new business and value-added sales to existing customers
Requirements
- demonstrable background in sales with a technical aptitude OR experience within the fenestration industry
- highly motivated self-starter, able to build rapport quickly, flexible to travel and have a technical mindset with a can-do attitude
- ability to multitask and complete tasks efficiently and effectively. Ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines
- develop multi-level contacts within assigned key accounts to maintain strong relationships throughout the business
- liaison with marketing to plan and support activities with customers
- ability to provide detailed monthly reports for your area
- ability to develop, build and maintain successful sustainable relationships with customers, to ensure the maximisation of the sales opportunity from them
