Requirements

  • proven experience of implementing Dynamics 365 Marketing in a marketing and communications function for a complex organisation
  • experience of working with senior stakeholders in scoping and shaping projects as well as dealing with issues and escalations
  • experience of recommending process improvements to leverage greater use of CRM automation, personalisation, and customer experience
  • experience of customising Dynamics 365 Marketing, including but not limited to customer journeys, marketing emails, campaigns and developing and improving skills and knowledge of the system within the wider business
