Responsibility

  • manage your allocated property portfolio in order to maximize office income, including the acquisition and retention of properties/clients
  • manage all property maintenance items within defined SLAS
  • liaise with Landlords and negotiate with contractors for works to be carried out on properties
  • owning and resolving complaints
  • ensure timely payment of rents/arrears management
  • frequent Client updates and communication
  • constantly undergoing training and development, to be an expert in all areas of the Lettings Industry
  • generate inbound reviews via google, social media etc

Requirements

  • excellent Customer Service
  • positive problem-solving attitude
  • great Communication skills with all parties, including – Contractors, Landlords, Tenants and members of the Team
  • ability to work competently and efficiently without supervision
  • attention to detail
  • basic salary of £22,000 - £26,000 per annum depending on experience, plus OTE of up to £31,000, with bonus
  • reliable, organised and efficient, a sense of urgency to get items actioned
  • negotiation skills to achieve the best outcome for our clients
