Responsibility
develop and implement comprehensive Paid Media strategies that align with clients' business goals
actively upskill and demonstrate your commercial expertise; to ensure you are growing revenues and effectively managing budgets for our customer's campaigns
plan, execute, and optimise paid search campaigns across various platforms to maximise ROI and generate high-quality leads
working alongside Directors and Senior Managers to deliver wider business objectives
responsible for the management of your team including timely performance review management; ensuring OKRs are aligned with the overall business goals
stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to maintain our agency's competitive edge
report to the leadership team regarding progress and revenue position in relation to KPIs together with key actions that are being executed/have been agreed
Requirements
set and deliver departmental/company budgets ensuring that all stakeholder expectations are met and exceeded, where possible
formulates strategic plans for the business which exploit commercial, competitor or financial advantages
track record of successfully executing Paid Media strategies, driving measurable results for clients
excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at building and nurturing client relationships
leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards excellence
PPC: 2 years
sound knowledge of search engine algorithms, PPC bidding strategies, and the digital marketing landscape
3+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Junior Account Director or similar role in a digital marketing agency
