PUREPHARM is looking for employees for positions:

accounts administrator

Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • purchase ledger invoice processing and reconciliation of supplier balances
  • customer credit control
  • support payroll processing when applicable
  • VAT returns / EC Sales List / Intrastat returns support
  • weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
  • maintenance of internal databases and accounting system information
  • provide timely and accurate reports and general administration support for the financial controller
  • assistance with monthly management accounts

Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years accounts assistant experience gained within a commercial environment
  • accounting Technician certificate
  • experience of purchase ledger processing and month end closure procedures
  • experience in assisting with compilation of management accounts
  • credit control experience
  • strong working knowledge of GDPR
  • strong working knowledge of computerised Accounts Packages
  • MRP experience
