Responsibility
- to provide excellent service to all clients and prospective clients, strictly following FCA rules at all times
- to remain up to date with professional indemnity insurance and commercial insurance products/policies in the market
- maintain an ongoing continuous professional development programme
- to effectively manage a client portfolio, taking ownership of the sales cycle
- to negotiate insurance cover and premiums with underwriters in line with FCA requirements
- administrative support; Claims handling, issuing renewal terms, policy documents and mid-term adjustments
- to meet an agreed monthly new business target & client retention target
- to work as part of a team with all staff to meet the business objectives
Requirements
- you will have had a minimum of 2 years experience in a commercial account handling role with exposure to PI
