  • be an independent mortgage adviser with current Competent Adviser status
  • process applications and present the best available options to clients
  • guide the client through the approval process
  • liaise with solicitors where necessary
  • ensure the whole process runs smoothly from start to finish
  • ensuring all compliance is met in line with FCA guidelines

Requirements

  • the successful individual will need to be self-driven and highly motivated with independent mortgage market experience
  • be a motivated and organised individual
  • be self-driven
  • be passionate in giving excellent customer service
  • clear communicator with the ability to build rapport
  • have proven use of mortgage-specific software
  • have the willingness to learn and adapt to market and developer needs
  • previously worked within a self-employed brokerage or have a long history within a mortgage brokerage with a consistent track record
