Responsibility
- the Company owns and operates holiday parks throughout the North West, Wales, Yorkshire, East Anglia and Scotland
- we are looking for maintenance personnel for Cockerham Sands Holiday Park
- to undertake gas deliveries, as required, in line with Company policy
- pure Leisure Group is an established family business which has for many years now been a market leader in leisure and holidays in the U.K
- the Maintenance Team undertake the day to day maintenance of the Park in accordance with Company policies, and in a manner which maximises the benefits of the facilities to holiday home owners and holiday guests
- to comply with company policies
- to assist with the maintenance of the buildings, holiday homes, grounds, fences, public areas and development sites as directed by the Estate Manager
- to note and report any work requiring attention line manager as soon as possible
Requirements
- previous grounds/management experience is preferred
- A positive attitude with a willing to learn and improve
- A current full UK driving licence with category C is desirable
- experience of general maintenance work and grass cutting
- experience with the use of grounds maintenance equipment and/or power tools
- experience of driving ride on mowers and the use of hand strimmer’s
- strong interpersonal skills and a positive friendly demeanour
- experience driving tractors and/or other licenses are very desirable within this role
