Responsibility

  • ensuring Fixed Asset register reconciles to IT MSP records
  • monthly reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts ensuring reports are prepared for a detailed balance sheet control account review
  • updating cashflow projections weekly and assisting the FC to monitor and manage cashflow and liquidity, including compliance with banking covenants
  • assisting the FC with day-to-day staff management responsibilities for the Management Accountant, Finance Analyst, Finance Assistant, Credit Controller, and Billing Analyst
  • being responsible for the production of the management accounts for all companies within your designated group from start to finish. This includes ensuring prepayments, depreciation and accruals are correctly accounted for
