Responsibility

  • be the lead in BRC audits
  • maintain document control system
  • to be fully conversant with all traceability systems and requirements
  • carry out investigations on all complaints received and ensure they are closed out
  • ideally a degree in Food Science or other relevant discipline
  • good working knowledge of BRC Issue 9
  • carry out quality checks, auditing and development of the quality management system, ensuring food safety, legality and quality of the products manufactured at the site are maintained
  • experience of conducting Internal Audits
