  • manager for well-established 40 place nursery
  • it is also your duty to promote diversity and equal opportunity
  • you will also be required to offer support with EYFS planning and guarantee that children are learning and being cared for in a safe, caring environment and that observations, assessments and development records are maintained
  • you will be expected to work in partnership with parents, forming caring and trusting relationships, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality at all times. You must lead by example and promote high standards
  • some of the Nursery Manager responsibilities will include: recruitment, training and development of staff team and to ensure all staff understand and follow nursery policy and procedures

Requirements

  • experience of child protection and safeguarding
  • previous managment experience in an early years setting
  • ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of people including parents and other professionals
  • ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • ability to work colaboratively with a wide range of people including parents and other professionals
  • confident IT skills
