field service engineer
Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- servicing / providing routine maintenance on fitness equipment when required as part of a maintenance contracts
- ensuring newly installed machines are commissioned and set to the customers’ expectations
- making sure that all documentation electronic or otherwise is completed within a timely fashion and is accurate
- maintaining your company property vehicle to ensure it is kept in good condition clean and tidy
- making sure your vehicle is fully road worthy and any defects are reported directly to your Line Manager straight away
- repairing faulty fitness equipment in order to get customers equipment up to full working order within a reasonable time frame 48 / 72 hours depending on call type. This includes driving to the sites
- ensuring reasonable stock levels for van stock, and ensuring all records are up to date
- to provide service and maintenance training to new service team employees
