Responsibility
- collaborate with the Head of Design and Senior Designers, providing valuable support and taking ownership of assigned tasks with guidance
- take the lead on smaller internal projects, demonstrating your creative flair and attention to detail
- support in the review of design work, giving your opinions and unleashing your creative flair
- assist in creating presentations and mock-ups to present ideas for approval
- bring fresh perspectives and creative approaches to projects, combining cultural awareness with curiosity
- manage individual projects independently, ensuring successful completion
- gain exposure to UI and UX principles, learning and growing within the role
Requirements
- some design experience, either in-house or with a design firm
- basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- developing creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- adaptability to a dynamic, deadline-driven team environment
- good interpersonal and communication skills
- exposure to HTML, WordPress, or motion graphics is a plus but not required
- developing conceptual skills, a growing design sense, and an interest in layout and typography
- positive and enthusiastic mindset when approaching briefs and production challenges
