- develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors

- handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Requirements
- previous experience working in a bar or restaurant setting, preferably in a supervisory role
- strong knowledge of bar operations, including bartending techniques
- excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service
- familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
