Responsibility
PSM Estates is seeking a dedicated and organised individual to join our team as a Office Manager
in this role, you will be responsible for managing our CRM system, updating data, and ensuring a smooth transition of information from spreadsheets to the new system
you will play a vital role in training internal staff on how to effectively use the CRM system and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
oversee referencing, contract management, and other administrative tasks, ensuring compliance and accuracy
identify areas for process improvement and implement streamlined ways of working to increase efficiency and productivity
maintain a high level of organisation and attention to detail in all administrative duties
all other business related admin duties
respond to tenant inquiries and calls promptly, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues
Requirements
strong proficiency in CRM systems and experience in managing and updating data
excellent training and interpersonal skills to effectively educate and support internal staff
proven ability to manage advert listings, coordinate viewings, and handle tenant inquiries
experience in administrative tasks, such as referencing, contracts, and general office duties
ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement streamlined ways of working
highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
possess a valid driving licence and have access to a car for property visits
flexible to occasionally travel to properties or attend meetings
