Responsibility
- manage the day-to-day running of the 2 homes in line with the care Standards Act
- provide support to young people with life skills and education
- take the lead in setting standards and evaluating achievements
- protect the young people from risks to their health, welfare and development inside and outside of the home
- the role will be busy and varied and you will take the operational lead for all safeguarding matters
- provide effective leadership and provide team development and support
- you will also be responsible for training, supervision and provide advice to support and develop the children’s Residential Home
