lead regular cross-functional e-commerce business reviews, capturing key action items and ensuring follow-up
build business cases and advocate for new strategic initiatives to support e-commerce growth
utilise data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our performance channels
develop and execute multi-channel acquisition marketing strategies to build a foundation for long-term growth by decreasing the cost to acquire new customers and increasing customer lifetime value
oversee campaign management and reporting, including in-depth analytics of LTV, CPA, ROI, and incrementally
Requirements
must be a seasoned professional in the digital retailing market, with business-to-business business-to-consumer experience
experience efficiently scaling digital
track record of growing marketing investment on a measurable basis at scale
A strategic, analytical thinker who understands e-commerce and customer behaviour
strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly present results and insights to a variety of audiences
A leader who is not afraid to get their hands dirty
digital marketing: 3 years
must have extensive knowledge of eCommerce technologies and tactics, and sophisticated digital shelf analytics
