Working hours

Responsibility

  • you must have flexibility in working time and be available for weekends
  • completing care assessments and writing up Care Plans
  • spot-checking carers in the community, identifying good practices and reporting training concerns back to the registered manager
  • ability to deliver high standards of care
  • as a Field Care Supervisor, you will assess care packages, supervise a team of care staff, coordinate staff rotas, and support the on-call service on a rota basis
  • participate in the on-call rota
  • you will also have the chance to build relationships with care staff and clients, ensuring our high standards of care are maintained
