- develop and implement a dynamic exhibition schedule that reflects the gallery’s vision and goals
- ensure the gallery is well-maintained, welcoming, and operates smoothly
- manage inventory and provide a fast service for the sales of artworks
- foster relationships with media, art critics, and influencers to enhance the gallery’s visibility
- manage the gallery’s online presence, including the website and social media platforms
- build and maintain relationships with artists and clients, both new and old
- plan and execute events such as openings, artist talks, and book signings
- develop and manage the gallery’s budget, ensuring financial sustainability
