  • the Warehouse Team Leader will oversee goods receiving, warehouse, despatch and distribution, and van delivery operations at PWS
  • strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
  • work with the team to develop plans to improve efficiency, and reduce costs
  • create annual warehouse team objectives to support senior management team objectives
  • working to forecast using sales & operations planning process to ensure an optimised warehouse
  • ensure daily problem-solving actions are captured and completed at huddles
  • ensure the team employ 5S processes, so they can maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
