Responsibility

• primary function to receive and store stock, prick/pack and re-distribute stock with associated paperwork and instructions
• responsible for offloading/controlling/storing incoming materials/
• responsible for picking/packing customer orders for shipping

• this includes dealing with small courier parcels up to and including full shipping containers
• liaising with internal staff, customers and logistics companies to ensure all paperwork and booking procedures are adhered to and maintained
• compliance with procedures relating to applicable company accreditations
• taking care of arranging routine servicing, where applicable, for warehouse equipment and machinery
• other duties as required and agreed to meet business demands
• responsible for stock management and stock location/rotation control, ensuring all working areas are organised and maintained to a high standard of tidiness and cleanliness
